THE EXPERIENCE

Come and join us for an exciting private cruise aboard the “Summer” luxury boat! You and 38 other HAPPY passengers will arrive in Dubrovnik, Croatia to start this magical trip. Deluxe Cruise One Way from Dubrovnik to Split.

In addition to guided city tours, we will have one hour daily guided walking tours, a visit to Mljet National Park, a special Croatian village dinner, and local live music onboard our boat with a captain’s dinner. This trip is open to all HAPPY singles and couples. Our private boat named “Summer” is three years old ! The ship offers 19 rooms, full dining room, and upper deck. Trip Overview

Day 1 :

SATURDAY DUBROVNIK

M/S SUMMER will be docked in Dubrovnik Gruž harbour where you can board during the entireday. Passengers arriving in the morning cannot enter their cabins before 1:00 p.m.

Welcome meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. where you will be introduced to the Captain, our crew and of course your future fellow passengers with whom you will spend a week on board.

Welcome dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m.

Open bar is tonight on board from 19:00 – 23:00 hours

Overnight in Dubrovnik, (D)

Day 2 :

SUNDAY DUBROVNIK – SLANO – STON – TRSTENIK

After breakfast our English-speaking guide and coach will come to the pier. After an organized transfer we will arrive at the historical center of Dubrovnik, the famous city enlisted as UNESCO’s World Heritage site, where your guide will show you the most interesting sights of Dubrovnik. After city tour you will be left on your own to explore the city, visit City Walls or take the cable car to the top of Mount Srđ. We will not have lunch included on this day so that you have more time in Dubrovnik. Return coach transfer is scheduled in the afternoon and will start our cruise to Slano. We will go out of the ship in Slano and coach will wait us to drive to Ston. Ston is famous for its 5.5 kilometer long walls, built in the 15th century according to a plan with a rectangular scheme of streets and squares. Beside being rich with historical and cultural tradition value of Ston as the city of salt has been confirmed even today in the plants of the oldest active saltworks in the world. The saltworks remained true to the tradition and a natural production method, which hasn’t change since the era of antiquity.After we will continue by coach to village Kuna where we will have traditional dinner.Ship will wait us in Trstenik port.

Day 3 :

MONDAY TRSTENIK – NATIONAL PARK MLJET – KORČULA

We start our day with morning departure towards the Mljet National Park. You will have just enough time to explore the park, to walk around the Great and Small Lake and Islet of St. Mary with its Benedictine Monastery from the 12 th century.Entrance fees to National Park Mljet are included. Lunch package this day.You can rent bikes or hike around this park. Bike rentals not included. Afternoon cruise to Korčula town, on Korčula Island, city known as a birthplace of Marko Polo, the famous explorer. Our English-speaking guide will do Korčula City tour, and walk us through narrow and cobbled streets. Free evening

Day 4 :

TUESDAY KORČULA – HVAR

We will stay in Korčula by 11:00 once we depart to Hvar. Lunch on board. Upon your afternoon arrival at Hvar, a local English-speaking guide will walk you throughout the town introducing you to the history, culture and way of life on this island and explain how lavender was traditionally farmed on the Island of Hvar for centuries. Have an evening in Hvar free on your own to explore and dine around in one of numerous family owned restaurants.After the city tour we will have a free evening in Hvar.

Day 5 :

WEDNESDAY HVAR – VIS – BIŠEVO BLUE CAVE – BOL/JELSA/STARIGRAD

Today is a cruise to Vis Island where we will come by 09:00 hours.Vis is a pearl among Croatian Adriatic islands, left untouched by the development of tourism for so many years – due to its strategic location on the open sea, it served as a military zone for many years. Free time in town Vis and departs to Island Biševo with its Blue cave. The cave has its own natural entrance which is located below sea level. We do not swim inside the cave and will arrive via small boat. However, sometimes High Waves prevent the entrance to the Blue Cave, which is something we shall not know before the morning designated for our visit.Lunch on board and afternoon depart towards Bol, said to have the best beach for swimming in Croatia named Zlatni Rat. (Golden cape).We will do our best to spend night in Bol, of not alternative ports are Jelsa or Starigrad

Day 6 :

TUESDAY BOL – TROGIR

We will have a morning in Bol, a relaxed day on the beach. Lunch and cruise towards Trogir, a small town that is on the UNESCO’s List of World Cultural Heritage. In the afternoon you will arrive at this small town-museum, with its stone-houses, palaces, churches, monasteries, towers, walls and especially the main attraction in Trogir – the Cathedral of St. Lawrence, probably the finest example of sacral architecture in Croatia.

We will have Captain’s dinner that evening on board with live music entertainment.

Day 7 :

FRIDAY – TROGIR – SPLIT

Morning cruise to Split, our last port on this cruise, with swim stop along the way. Lunch and afternoon Split City tour. Our English-speaking guide will show us Split historical Diocletian’s Palace. Split is the second largest urban center in Croatia and the seat of the Split and Dalmatia County. It is traditionally considered to be over 1,700 years old. Since 1979 the historic center of Split has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site List. The historical and cultural buildings are located inside the walls of the Diocletian’s Palace.After city tour you will be left on your own to explore the city and have intimate farewell dinner on your own.

Day 8 :

SATURDAY SPLIT

It is time to say farewell to all your new friends after having breakfast. (B) You must depart the boat by 9am. You can leave as early as needed to catch return flights back to the USA,

Split to Dubrovnik

Day 1 :

Split

Overnight in Split, (WD)

Day 2 :

Split – Trogir

Our English speaking guides will do a morning Split City tour, walking us through the world famous Diocletian’s Palace. Split is the second largest urban centre in Croatia and the seat of the Split-Dalmatia County. Over 1700 years old, Split abounds with cultural and historical sights, lots of them situated within the Split’s historical nucleus which has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list ever since 1979. Free 5me for independent lunch Split.

At 13:00 hrs we’ll sail out for Trogir, another city inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. We’ll have a swim stop en route, arriving to Trogir in the afternoon. This town – museum is literally packed with palaces, churches, monasteries and towers, the main attraction being the Cathedral of St. Lawrence, probably the finest example of sacral architecture in Croatia.

A professional English speaking guide will take us for a Trogir city tour.

We will have Captain’s dinner that evening on board with live music entertainment.

Day 3 :

Trogir – Bol – Starigrad

In the morning we’ll sail for Bol, a place best known for its beach of Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape), which regularly hits the top lists of the most beau5ful European beaches. Once we stop in Bol, you can enjoy indulge in simple pleasures such as taking a walk around this nice liQle Dalma5an town, perhaps having a cup of coffee or a swim. Lunch on board, swim stop and overnight in Starigrad on Hvar Island.

Day 4 :

Starigrad – Bisevo Blue Cave – Vis – Hvar

We’ll cruise to the Island of Biševo and its Blue Cave, one of the most famous natural attractions in whole of the Adriatic Sea. Blue Cave is a water-logged cave that can be approached only by boat. However, at times high waves prevent the entrance to Blue Cave, which is something we shall not know before the morning designated for our visit.

After visiting the Blue Cave, our cruise will continue towards Town of Hvar, the sunniest Croatian island. Lunch on board. Hvar is one of the country’s most attractive tourist destinations and a meeting point of international jetsetters. Upon our arrival to Hvar, a local English speaking guide will walk you through this unique city, introducing you to its millennia-long history, culture and a way of life. Afterwards, you’ll have an evening on your own to explore and dine in one of numerous family-owned restaurants and taverns.

Day 5 :

Hvar – Korcula

We’ll start our day with morning departure towards the Island of Korčula. Before lunch on board, we shall stop for a swim in one of pristine bays en route. Our arrival to the Island of Korčula is scheduled for the afternoon. Town of Korčula is the island’s main settlement and is known as the birthplace of Marco Polo, one of the world’s most famous explorers of all times. Our English speaking guide will take you for a tour of Korčula Town, through its narrow and cobbled streets and its rich history. You’ll have rest of the evening free to enjoy dining at one of the local restaurants of your choice.

Day 6 :

Korcula – Mljet National Park – Trstenik/Slano

Sailing out from Korčula in the morning, we’ll cruise towards Mljet National Park. You’ll have just enough time to explore park, walk around Great and Small Lake and visit the Islet of St. Mary with its Benedictine Monastery from the 12th century or take a swim in the heart of Mljet National Park.

Today we will have lunch box to have more free time in National Park.

After we will continue by coach to village Kuna where we will have traditional dinner. Ship will wait us in Trstenik or Slano port.

Day 7 :

Trstenik/Slano – Dubrovnik

Finally, we will cruise to Dubrovnik, our last port on this cruise. On the way we will have last swim stop and lunch on board.

Our English-speaking guides and coach will come to the pier. After an organized transfer we will arrive to the historical center of Dubrovnik, the famous city enlisted as UNESCO’s World Heritage site, where your guide will show you the most interesting sights of Dubrovnik. After city tour you will be left on your own to explore the city, visit City Walls or take the cable car to the top of the Mount Srđ. Return coach transfer is scheduled in the evening.

Day 8 :

Dubrovnik

Enjoy Breakfast. Everyone will need to depart the ship by 9 AM. You can take a taxi or Uber from Gruz harbor to the airport or if you are staying longer your hotel.
