🌀 I had my Trip Page open, but now it’s showing me something different (not my personalized version)

We know—this can be frustrating! Here’s what’s happening:

For your privacy and security, our system automatically logs you out after 8 hours. When this happens, you’ll see a general version of the Trip Page (without your name, payment info, etc.).

✅ What to do:

  • Look for a prompt asking for your email address.
  • Enter the same email you used to register for the trip.
  • We’ll send you a new link to your personalized Trip Page.

💡Pro Tip: The easiest way to access your trip is by clicking the link in any official trip email you received from us—it includes a special “Magic Link” that takes you straight to your personalized page (no login needed!).

🔗 I can’t find the link to my personalized Trip Page

No problem at all! You can easily get back to your trip by doing this:

    1. Go to Find My Trip
    2. Enter the email address you used to sign up for the trip.
    3. Check your email—we’ll send you a direct Magic Link to your personal Trip Page.

🔑 I created a YouLi account but now I can’t log in

This usually means one of two things:

  • You may have forgotten your password, or
  • You accidentally entered the wrong email and ended up creating a new account by mistake.

✅ Here’s how to fix it:

    • If you remember your email but not your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.
    • We’ll email you a link to reset your password—just follow the steps in that email.
    • Still unsure? Try logging in with any other email address you might have used for registration.

How to Avoid These Issues in the Future

  • Always click the Magic Link in your trip emails to access your personalized page without any hassle.
  • Bookmark your personalized Trip Page once you open it from the Magic Link.
  • Don’t worry if you get logged out—it’s just for security. Follow the steps above and you’ll be back in no time!
