6 nights 7 days $2400 per person shared room or $2900 if you wish to have a private room. This trip starts and ends Kigali, Rwanda. Join us for a once in a lifetime trek to see the mountain gorillas of Bwindi, Uganda. This incredible trek features stays at beautiful eco mountain lodges, and lots of exotic animals. In addition to the gorilla trek we will observe the rare golden monkeys on Rwanda. We will have the opportunity to visit local markets and churches in Kigali. We will also learn about Rwanda's chilling past with a visit to the genocide museum. The picturesque countryside offers views of the towering Virunga Volcanoes. As we cross over the Uganda border we will make our way over to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After an epic gorilla trek we will go for a community visit to learn more about the peoples culture. A canoe ride on Lake Bunyonyi offers fabulous viewing of the many islands. You will also have the chance to offer a donation to one of the communities we visit (more details will be emailed to you) Due to the lack of luggage space in our vans I recommend cash donations, pencils, and pens. This is an active trip for fun minded people. If you enjoy laughing, dancing, exploring and adventure, then this trip is for you. Bring a family member or friend, but make sure they are fun!
